Klip Marine Shipmanagement Ltd. (KMS Ltd.) specializes the<br /> provision of shipmanagement services individually tailored to each<br /> client's needs whilst always ensuring that the management of ships is at the highest level of service with the most competitive fee.<br /> At this moment we are interested in new clients in tech. management and ready to prepare the yearly budget for any vessel within 24 hrs show our real possibilities and shipowners profit. <br /> And our superintendents may inspect the vessels free of <br /> charge and supply you with condition's report to show our experience and knowledge.<br /> <br /> KMS Ltd. was incorporated in 1990 as privately owned shipmanagement company in Tallinn, Estonia. Since 1993 the Company's core activity has moved to cater for the needs of external shipowners as well as financiers and includes the following services which covered by the appropriate certificates and licenses:<br /> <br /> - Technical management (main scope of activity)<br /> - ISM / ISPS certification and maintenance<br /> - Vessels technical inspection and valuation<br /> - Sale and purchase of vessels<br /> - Marine consultations (including financial)<br /> - Project Development and Management<br /> - Accounting service&amp;nbsp; and Budgeting<br /> - Insurance arrangements and claim management<br /> - crewing<br /> Throughout the 20 years of its existence KMS Ltd. was involved in the management of various types of vessels including: bulk carriers, tankers, reefers and general cargo ships.
